Refund by DHgate - FAKE!!

I got this offer from DHgate regarding my bad experience with them which look nice and helpful :p


This is Gemma from DHgate customer service department.

On behalf of DHgate, we would like to sincerely apologize for the negative experience that you have with our company.
According to DHgate dispute practice, this kind of dispute generally has two kinds of outflows:

First, the buyer keeps the items and gets a partial refund $70.

Second, the buyer returns the package and gets a full refund upon successful delivery to the seller’s address.

In this case, we recommend you to adopt the first solution. This is because the latter usually involves a long period of shipping (20 days generally), and runs a risk of package loosing or alike, which might result in failure of any full refund claim.

I choose the first option which is $70 refund because I'm afraid if I return the items, this FAKE seller will play another trick on me such "Your returned item not received" "Your returned item is missing" etc.

DHgate accept my decision and promise me to refund on 19-Nov-2009

As you paid by wire transfer, please submit your personal bank information (such as Beneficiary Name, Beneficiary Bank SWIFT Address/BIC, Beneficiary Account Number/IBAN and Beneficiary's country and city) and send email to refund@dhgate.com. Our finance department will refund to you ASAP. It will take a little long time for you to receive the refund. By the way, when you send email to refund@dhgate.com, please write the order number and refund reason in the email. Thanks for your cooperation and patience.

Anyway, we are sorry that you are confronted with some trouble about your order at DHgate and we have tried our utmost to help you out. Thank you for your sincere cooperation. Welcome to shopping at DHgate again!

I already provide those Bank Information to them 10 times !!!

But they keep repeating "Please send your bank information" "Sorry we not receive it" etc.
